YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Consumers have rights arising from defective performance under Czech law. These rights are independent of any voluntary NOVIKOV Jewelry warranty and cannot be restricted by it. If a defect becomes apparent within two years of receipt, contact us without undue delay.

In addition to statutory rights, we provide a 2-year workshop warranty for the jewelry surface and stone setting under normal use. It may include removal of oxidation, restoration of the original finish and re-setting of small stones up to 1.5 mm when loss was not caused by impact or misuse.

Normal wear, scratches, gradual loss of polish or plating, deformation, impact damage, incorrect sizing, chemical exposure and loss caused by improper use are not manufacturing defects. Loss of a central or larger stone is assessed individually. If the original stone is preserved, we can usually reset it after inspection.

Email jewelrynovikov@gmail.com with the order number, description and photographs, then follow our return instructions. We will issue written confirmation and handle a consumer complaint without undue delay, normally no later than 30 days unless a longer period is agreed. Statutory remedies may include repair, replacement, a reasonable discount or withdrawal where the legal conditions are met.
