SCOPE

These terms govern use of this website and consumer order requests submitted to the NOVIKOV Jewelry seller identified on the Seller information page. Czech law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence.

Website content is an invitation to submit an order request, not an automatic acceptance. Before accepting, we confirm the product specification, final CZK price, payment, production time and delivery. The contract is concluded when our express confirmation reaches the customer.

We do not sell ready-made jewelry from stock. Every piece is made individually after the customer approves the specification, including names, dates, sizes, engraving, metal, stones and other details. Renders and photographs are illustrative: handmade pieces, natural stones and screen colours may vary reasonably. Changes requested after approval may affect price and timing. Where a piece is made to the customer’s specifications or is clearly personalized, the ordinary 14-day withdrawal right does not apply under the statutory exception described on the Returns & Cancellation page.

Payment, production and delivery follow the confirmation and the dedicated Payment and Shipping pages. Delay caused by missing approval, customer changes, events outside reasonable control or carrier/customs handling extends the estimated schedule as reasonably necessary.

Withdrawal, returns, defects and claims are governed by the dedicated Returns and Warranty pages and mandatory Czech consumer law, including Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.

A Czech consumer may also apply to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Central Inspectorate – ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Praha 2, email adr@coi.gov.cz, coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/. The application is generally due within one year after first asserting the right with the seller.

NOVIKOV Jewelry names, photographs, renders, designs and texts are protected. They may not be commercially copied or reused without permission. We may correct obvious errors and update these terms prospectively; the version accepted for an existing order remains applicable.
