NOVIKOV Jewelry does not sell ready-made stock. Each piece is manufactured only after the customer approves its individual specification, such as size, metal, colour, thickness, stones, engraving or another selected configuration.

Under the exception for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, the ordinary 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to an approved individual order where the legal conditions are met (in Czech law, Section 1837(d) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code). This does not limit statutory rights if the piece is defective or does not conform to the agreed specification.

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Before materials are ordered or production begins, we will try to agree a solution. After the final specification is approved and work has begun, a change, cancellation or full refund is possible only by individual written agreement and may require payment of materials and work already performed.
