It also does not cover the loss of large or central stones (over 2 mm), as it is impossible to reliably distinguish such cases from mechanical damage.
f the Central stone falls out but is preserved — we will set it back for free.
If the stone is lost — we can offer restoration or replacement at a discounted price.
Shipping costs for warranty service are covered by the client.

- Cleaning the surface from oxidation;
- Refinishing the ring texture (polishing, buffing);
- Repairing damages not caused by the owner (manufacturing defects);
- Re-setting stones (max. up to 1.5 mm) if they fell out not due to the owner's fault.
