DAILY CARE
Gold, silver and platinum jewelry can scratch or deform. Remove pieces before sleeping, sport, manual work, showering, swimming and cleaning. Put jewelry on after cosmetics, perfume and hairspray have dried.
CLEANING
For plain pieces, use lukewarm water, a small amount of mild soap and a soft lint-free cloth. Do not use toothpaste, abrasives, hard brushes, ultrasonic cleaners or chemicals unless the workshop confirms they are safe for the specific metal, finish and stones.
STONES AND SPECIAL FINISHES
Pearls, opals, emeralds and some treated stones need special care. Matte, oxidised, plated and rhodium-finished surfaces change with wear and must not be polished at home. Ask us before cleaning an unfamiliar stone or finish.
STORAGE AND INSPECTION
Store every piece separately in a dry, soft pouch or lined box. Check clasps, prongs and stone settings regularly. Stop wearing the piece if a stone moves or a setting catches, and arrange a workshop inspection.
