The controller is the seller identified on the Seller information page, operating under the NOVIKOV Jewelry brand. Privacy contact: jewelrynovikov@gmail.com. The seller’s full legal name, registered address and IČO must be completed before public launch.

We process contact and identification details, order and configuration data, correspondence, delivery and payment records, technical security logs, and language, currency, cart and favorites preferences stored in your browser. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive data.

We use data to answer requests, prepare and perform contracts, manufacture and deliver orders, meet accounting and legal duties, handle claims, prevent fraud and protect legal rights. The bases are steps before and performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests. Optional marketing or non-essential cookies require consent where applicable.

Data may be shared only as needed with hosting and database providers, email and appointment services, accountants, payment providers and delivery carriers. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we require an applicable legal transfer safeguard. We do not sell personal data.

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed for follow-up. Order, invoice and complaint records are retained for the contract, warranty and statutory accounting or tax periods; relevant documents may need to be kept for up to 10 years. Browser cart and preference data remain until you clear them or the application expires them.

Subject to the GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests; consent may be withdrawn at any time. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz.

The current store uses essential browser storage for language, currency, cart, favorites and security. Analytics, advertising or other non-essential technologies must not be activated before the required consent mechanism is available.
