DELIVERY METHODS

Orders may be collected by appointment at our Prague workshop or sent by an agreed tracked delivery service. Available carriers, price and the estimated delivery window are confirmed before the order becomes binding.

Production time is shown for every configured item and is counted separately from transport time. Production begins after the final specification and payment terms are confirmed. We will notify you when the piece is ready and provide tracking after dispatch.

International delivery is available to selected destinations. The customer is responsible for import duties, local taxes and customs formalities unless we expressly agree otherwise. We will confirm whether delivery is possible before accepting the order.

Please inspect the parcel when it arrives. If the package is visibly damaged, record the condition with the carrier and contact us without delay at jewelrynovikov@gmail.com. This does not limit your statutory rights.
