ORDER REQUEST

Submitting the checkout form sends a non-binding order request. We review the configuration, availability, production time, delivery and final CZK price. A contract is concluded only after we send an express confirmation and agree the payment conditions with you.

The available payment method and due date are stated in our confirmation or invoice. Do not send payment before receiving our confirmation. We never request card credentials by email or direct message.

All product calculations and the binding price remain in Czech koruna (CZK). EUR and USD amounts shown on the site are indicative conversions based on a reference exchange rate and are not an offer to accept payment in that currency.

We do not sell ready-made stock. Every piece is manufactured individually after its final configuration, production time and price have been approved. Production starts only after the specification and agreed advance or full payment have been received. Any staged payment plan must be confirmed in writing.
